It’s a good day, which I’m very grateful, for nothing cheers you up more when it’s all sunny outside on your day off, does it, all sunny. My immune system has been strained recently, trying to stay healthy, especially when it’s so cold in the room that I have to wear down jacket to sleep, which, FYI, really isn’t comfortable. So to reboot my energy, I decided to treat myself to a late breakkie alongside coffee.
I appreciate they show the effort to make the flatwhite ‘flat’.
Also, there’s something about thick cut bacon (by ‘thick cut’, it really was ‘thick’ thick, 1.5 centimeters!). I don’t know much about cooking. But it just seems so simple, easy, no fuss at all, yet it completes you.
